Full payment for dental treatment is expected on the day. We accept most major credit cards, EFTPOS and use HICAPS to directly claim from the majority of health funds.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on 02 9819 7277 at least 24 hours in advance.
Please bear in mind that when you make an appointment that time is reserved exclusively for you. Our front desk staff will aim to place a courtesy reminder call to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not receive your reminder call, your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Please advise us as soon as possible if you cannot attend an appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else who may need urgent treatment.
We are located at 166 Victoria Road, Drummoyne NSW 2047 on the ground floor.
We are in a strata complex called The Drummoyne, which is a grey building. We have blue & orange signage, and are on the left (going towards the city) in between Lyons Road and Edwin Street. We are opposite Alfred Imaging Radiology.
Parking is available for 2 hours in Renwick Street (street parallel behind Victoria Road) or the Formosa Street car park for 2 hours (across and behind Victoria Road, see map above) there is an access alleyway between the Formosa Street car park and Victoria Road. Walk through to Victoria Road then turn left, then cross at lights, turning right and then you will see us.
You can park on Victoria Road on our side only between 10am til 3pm. It is only 30 mins parking though, so if your appointment requires more time, we would suggest to park in the other locations mentioned above.
Buses also run regularly past our premises, with bus stops a 2 min walk each way.
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 mins before your initial appointment time to complete necessary paperwork, find parking, etc.
